By accessing or using Finn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Finn is a gamified productivity application that helps users focus and build productive habits through timed focus sessions, XP rewards, achievements, and progress tracking. The Service includes both free and premium (Pro) features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Finn offers a Pro subscription with additional features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion. Please contact support if you have concerns about your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Finn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
